JUNIOR LIFEGUARD SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICIES

SIZING INFORMATION:

The Fire Foundation is not in the uniform/merchandise business so to ensure the best experience for our Junior Guard families we have hired a third party company, FireRescueStuff, to handle orders and exchanges so the Fire Foundation can focus on our mission. Please take care to order the correct size. If you are not sure of the size needed, please drop by a swim test (see dates & locations below) to have the participant try on and verify sizing before making an order. Due to supply chain challenges we have a limited number of garments in each size and exchanges can not be guaranteed to get the size you need. Items must be returned in original packaging/tags and in new and resellable condition. Returns will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Female swimwear must have the hygienic seal still in place. See further return and exchange information below.

RETURNS:

As a non-profit focused on raising funds to support the Los Angeles County Fire Department and their programs it’s not realistic for us to manage returns. If you have a unique circumstance, please email FireFoundation390@gmail.com and our fulfillment partner will try to accommodate however please note that our contract with this provider does not include this service and exceptions are discouraged. Any allowed returns will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Please take care to know your sizes before ordering. See exchange options below.

EXCHANGE
Options:

IN PERSON (all items eligible): There will be at least one "Exchange Day" that takes place at the warehouse of our fulfillment partner (near Long Beach Airport). 2023 date(s) will be announced soon. More information will be available as it nears. Cost: $6 for in-person return/exchange. Note: This will NOT be a Uniform Starter Set Pickup event. You must order your Uniform Starter Set online.

BY MAIL: If you need to exchange swimwear, you may exchange for a different size of the same item. There is a $10 charge (cash or check made out to LACo Fire Foundation) to handle processing and return shipping. Item must be in new, re-sellable condition.

Note: This is not a retail location. The only day we allow customers is on official Exchange Days.

You must order your program-included uniform through this online store, where it will be sent by mail. While we will be selling all JG gear at the exchange event, there is no way for us to distribute the uniforms included in the program fee - as we do not have access to the County database of who has/has not paid.

Returns Policy

For Station 51, Yearbook and other non-Junior Guard products: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Buyer is responsible for shipping costs if you ordered a wrong size, or changed your mind.

Yearbooks: Due to the nature of this one-time production, all sales are final.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please contact us if you need International shipping options

Shipping rates for items we sell are either flat rate or weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All Yearbook and Station 51 sales are final.
